Great Western Drywall has been serving the greater San Diego area for 40 years plus.  Our company specializes in residential light gauge metal framing and drywall with a focus on multi-family, hospitality, and assisted living projects.  We strive to turn over a quality project, on time, at a competitive price to our clients. Our completed work includes multi-family developments such as Ohio Street (5-story podium apartments) with Suffolk, Urbana (5-story podium apartments) with HSMC Builders, Arbor Crest (5-story podium apartments) with Murfey Company, Washington Crossing (5-story podium apartments) with Silverline, and 4th & J (6-story podium apartments) with TB Penick & Sons.

In the hospitality sector, our portfolio features projects such as Hampton Inn (4-story SOG) with Medearis Construction and Emmerson Construction, as well as SpringHill Suites (5-story SOG). We have also contributed to notable mixed-use and landmark developments, including AC Lofts (7-story Type 1B podium condominiums) with Butler and renovation work at Hotel del Coronado in partnership with Watkins Landmark.

Our experience extends to specialized housing and community-focused developments, including Villa De Vida (assisted living) with Sun Country Builders, Westmont at Carmel Valley (assisted living) with SRM Construction, and Door of Hope (transitional living center) with TSA.
